Argentine: Ushuaia La ville est considérée comme étant la plus australe du monde. Elle est située à proximité du Canal Beagle, au sud-est de la province, dans le département d'Ushuaïa. Ushuaïa a une superficie de 9 390 km² et compte 45 598 habitants. Elle dispose d'un port en eaux profondes qui est le plus proche de l'Antarctique et est entourée par les monts Martial et Olivia et leurs vallées fertiles. Cette ville est la porte d'accès vers les régions les plus australes du globe et permet ainsi de se rendre au Parc national de la Terre de Feu ou au Cap Horn.
